Distilled to the London Dry method, ‘Start Point’ is our multi-award winning, flagship gin. This classic citrus-led gin has refreshing notes of red grapefruit and earthy pine from Macedonian juniper. Named after the iconic ‘Sainte Marie’ lighthouse which marks the Southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, from where 19th century Salcombe Fruit Schooners would load citrus fruits and herbs bound for England’s ports, ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is a multi-award winning dry rosé gin inspired by the Mediterranean.
This elegant and delicate ‘pink’ gin has fragrant notes of fresh lemon peel and Provence herbs with a natural sweetness of red fruit and a distinct perfume of white flowers and orange blossom.

Named after the four seas that surround our island nation, ‘Four Seas’ is a British coastal gin handcrafted to the London Dry standard to support the RNLI. Every bottle helps save lives at sea.
A British Coastal gin with zesty fresh lemon, smoky citrus and classic juniper on the nose, followed by a citrus tang and sweetness from the sea buckthorn with underlying floral and earthy layers on the palate. The finish is smooth, rich and warming, with a slightly saline finish from the sugar kelp, to remind you of its coastal influence and origin.

Named ‘Daring’ after a Salcombe Fruiter built in Salcombe in 1859 for owners based in Padstow and inspired by her cargo of exotic fruits and spices imported from around the globe; this limited-edition release has been developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth.
‘Daring’ has a soft, velvety mouthfeel with sweet liquorice and zesty flavours of fresh lime and blood orange. There are subtle underlying umami notes from oyster leaf balanced beautifully with earthy angelica.
